Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor – Food Manufacturing
Pay: $90,000–$95,000 per year
Location: Severn, MD
Shift: 2-2-3 schedule

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience within FMCG or food production.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Maintenance Technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
- Prioritize reactive and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Review work orders, downtime reports, and PM schedules.
- Support production by responding quickly to breakdowns and operational issues.
- Ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Promote continuous improvement, safety, and food quality standards.
- Support training and development within the maintenance team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous maintenance leadership experience within food manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with CMMS/work order systems and preventative maintenance programs.
- Knowledge of automated production equipment and controls.
- Strong communication, organization, and team leadership abilities.
Qualifications
- Engineering Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
- Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards desirable.
