Niche Food Group is hiring an Assistant General Manager for Pastaria in Clayton.
Pastaria is one of our most beloved concepts: approachable Italian, family-friendly, high-volume, and a true Clayton staple.
You'd work closely with the General Manager to run the business day-to-day, with a real opportunity to shape the floor experience and grow into broader leadership.

- Organized and systems-oriented, with a strong sense of consistency and standards
- Skilled at training, leading, and developing staff
- Genuinely warm with guests, in both the easy moments and the hard ones
- Quick on their feet, able to balance the needs of guests, staff, and the business
- Team-oriented, fair, open to feedback and other perspectives
- Willing to ask questions, take chances, and learn from missteps
- Strong communicators who coach in real time and address issues as they happen
- Aware of food, beverage, and labor costs and how to manage them
- Passionate about hospitality at every level
Previous management experience is preferred. More than anything, we're looking for compassionate, kind, sincere people who take real pride in their work.
