General Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ability to consistently perform high quality services
* Maintain knowledge of all treatments performed and products used
* Communicate effectively with guests to obtain an understanding of their expectations
* Ability to recommend and sell skin care products to guests following treatment
* Complete side work and weekly tasks without supervision
* Can-do attitude and high energy level
* Reliable, dependable, punctual
Requirements:
* Current Colorado Esthetician License
* Preferrably experienced estheticians with advance service trainings for dermaplane, microdermabrasion, and gentle peels.
* Proficient in facial services, including microdermabrasion, dermaplane, peels and body waxing, including brazilian waxing
* Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations
* Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
* Microdermabrasion, dermaplane and Peel certified
* Prefer experience with Dermaplane, Lash Lifts, brazilian waxing and Microneedling, but will train the right person.
