We are seeking to fill a full-time position for a Commercial Diver
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure full understanding of the dive plan and have the competence to carry out the planned tasks.
- Know and understand emergency procedures.
- Possess a team attitude and undertake dives and other duties as directed by the Supervisor.
- Maintain personal diving equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform the duties of the job.
- Willing to work outside in the elements.
- Readiness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Required Credentials
- Hold a Certificate of Completion from a diver training program (ADCI, DCBC, Etc.)
- Have a minimum of one year’s dive experience.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Current Oxygen Provider, AED, Blood borne pathogens and First Aid/CPR Card.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a TWIC Card.
- Completed dive logs within the last six months.
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in commercial construction or industrial settings.
- Additional certifications in rigging, signaling, or other related areas a plus.
- Boating experience; completion of a Safe Boaters Course or possession of a captain's license is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
