What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Cubs Roofing.
Your job isn't to pressure people.
Your job is to educate homeowners, inspect roofs, identify problems, and help families choose the best solution for protecting their biggest investment.
Every day is different.
You'll:
- Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Perform roof inspections
- Document storm damage and roof conditions
- Explain roofing systems and replacement options
- Assist homeowners through the insurance claim process when applicable
- Prepare accurate estimates
- Present financing options
- Follow up with prospects
- Build relationships with customers and referral partners
- Generate self-produced leads through networking and neighborhood marketing
- Represent the Cubs Roofing brand with professionalism and integrity

- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone or tablet
- Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions
- Pass background check (if required)
Roofing experience is a plus—but not required.
