Help bring WE Fest full circle. The Post-Festival Clean-Up Crew plays a critical role in restoring Soo Pass Ranch after the event—returning the grounds to clean, organized condition following a high-energy weekend.

Remove trash from festival grounds and surrounding areas

Break down and remove tables, chairs, and equipment

Move kegs and warehouse supplies

Assist with campground cleanup and restoration

Support teams with general loadout and site wrapup tasks

Able to lift and move equipment safely

Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions

Reliable, hardworking, and teamoriented

Willing to jump in and help where needed
Shifts begin Sunday morning following the festival. Opportunities are available for one day or multiple days, with some roles extending 3–4 days depending on the area.
