Position Summary
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all information technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems administration, and end-user support across the organization. This role will ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems supporting manufacturing operations, business functions, and future company growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's IT strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, including network infrastructure, servers, cloud services, and telecommunications systems.
- Oversee cybersecurity initiatives to protect company data, intellectual property, and operational technology (OT) systems.
- Maintain and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and other enterprise applications.
- Manage ERP, MES, WMS, and manufacturing-related systems to ensure continuous production support.
- Lead IT projects including system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and technology deployments.
- Establish disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans.
- Monitor system performance, security events, and network availability.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, including hardware, software, licensing, and support services.
- Provide technical leadership and support for desktop, laptop, mobile devices, printers, and conference room technologies.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data privacy regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify technology needs and improve business processes.
- Support plant automation, industrial networking, and manufacturing equipment connectivity as needed.
- Recruit, train, and supervise IT staff and contractors.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT management or senior IT administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Experience supporting manufacturing environments and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, network security, and endpoint protection.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, solar, battery, or industrial environments.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of industrial control systems, OT security, and manufacturing networks.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, CCNA, MCSE, Azure Administrator, or CompTIA Security+.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
