At Didion, we’re a team fueled by innovation and collaboration—focused on feeding the world and driving progress. As a Packaging Systems Technician, you’ll be the technical anchor for your shift, operating food-grade packaging and bulk load-out lines while performing hands-on mechanical tasks that keep our operation safe, efficient, and reliable.
You arrive ready to own your area. You start up and monitor packaging equipment and bulk load-out systems, watch key process indicators, and make adjustments to maintain steady flow. When something feels off, you diagnose issues quickly—tightening, aligning, or replacing components and performing preventive maintenance to head off downtime. Between runs, you execute deep cleaning and sanitation to protect product quality. You’ll hop on a forklift to stage materials, load or unload shipments, and support warehouse needs. Throughout the shift, you complete quality checks, prepare samples, document production, and enter shipment and production data accurately in our systems. You collaborate with maintenance and operations teammates to elevate line reliability—and you keep building your skills through ongoing training.
