Position Summary
The Dietary Aide plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and nourishing environment for our residents. Responsibilities include preparing dining room setups, serving meals, washing dishes, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness in accordance with departmental and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older for full-time positions
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and perform basic math
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Prior experience in institutional food service preferred
- Ability to work:
- 4-hour shifts covering one meal
- 8-hour shifts covering two meals
- Ability to work independently and remain productive
- Good personal hygiene
