Our Team Tommy's Express Car Wash locations in Twin Falls,ID is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Car Wash Team Members to help keep our members' vehicles in excellent condition, while offering exceptional customer service. As well as someone who is looking to advance to a leadership role and grow.
The ideal candidate must enjoy interacting with people while providing excellent customer service. A high attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential as well as being a strong team member. Being a part of our team is not your typical job. You should be ready to provide clients with the best quality service at all times, as you never know who’ll be driving thru our facilities.
This is a FULL TIME closing position, both weekends and evenings are required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Sales and customer service experience preferred
- Must be 16 years of age with a valid identification card.
- Willingness to consent to a background check
- Must have the physical ability to bend, move, lift, and climb ladders of various sizes frequently.
- Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand or walk up to eight hours each day
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Weekend availability required
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a consistently great, positive customer experience for every guest
- Interact warmly with guests, explain our services, and respond with confidence to questions
- Communicate promotions and wash package details effectively
- Recognize guests’ needs and proactively address needs through conversations
- Process point-of-sale purchases
- Partner with team members to maintain a clean facility
