Full-Time | $50,000–$55,000 Base Salary + Commission | Immediate Interviews
A growing company in the pool and outdoor living industry is seeking an experienced and motivated Pool Sales Representative to help expand its customer base and drive revenue growth. This is a great opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional with experience in residential construction, pool sales, outdoor living, or a strong network of builders and developers.
We're looking for someone who is confident building relationships, identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales process, and consistently delivering results.
Job Type: Full-Time
Base Salary: $50,000–$55,000 + Commission & Performance Incentives
Start Date: Immediate
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, home builders, contractors, and industry partners
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
- Conduct client consultations, presentations, and sales meetings
- Develop strategies to increase sales and expand market presence
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project completion
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records
- Track sales activity and work toward revenue goals
- Attend networking events and industry functions to generate new business
- Represent the company professionally with clients and industry partners
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of proven sales experience
- Pool, construction, outdoor living, or related industry experience strongly preferred
- Established network within the developer, builder, or contractor community
- Proven ability to generate new business and increase revenue
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
