- Communicate clearly and efficiently during service
- Stay focused and composed under pressure
- Take ownership of their station and responsibilities
- Want to grow and improve within a professional kitchen
Experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train individuals who take the work seriously.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute dishes to standard
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workstations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate clearly with the team during service
- Support prep, cleaning, and closing operations
Side Work & Expectations
- Complete all prep and station setup before service
- Maintain cleanliness throughout service
- Break down and reset stations after service
- Follow all kitchen systems and standards
- Be punctual, prepared, and ready to work
Compensation
- Hourly: $15 and Up (based on experience and role)
Compensation will be determined based on experience, skill level, and ability to perform within a high-standard kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability for nights and weekends
