Fox Chase Home Care is seeking an experienced, Spanish-speaking Field Marketing Representative to help grow our client base, build community relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, confident, professional, and comfortable being out in the field. The Field Marketing Representative will attend events, host community outreach activities, build relationships with referral sources, generate leads, and help close new business for home care services.
The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and must have prior experience in field marketing, community outreach, sales, healthcare marketing, home care marketing, or a similar role.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads in the community
- Conduct field visits to referral sources, community organizations, senior buildings, adult day centers, clinics, nursing facilities, and other potential partners
- Attend community events, networking events, health fairs, and outreach opportunities
- Plan, coordinate, and host events to promote Fox Chase Home Care services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and referral sources
- Educate potential participants, caregivers, families, and community members about home care services
- Follow up with leads consistently and help move them through the intake process
- Work closely with the Admissions and Marketing teams to communicate new leads, referral updates, and opportunities
- Track outreach activity, leads generated, events attended, and business development efforts
- Represent Fox Chase Home Care professionally in the community at all times
- Meet outreach, lead generation, and business development goals
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must have previous experience in field marketing, sales, outreach, business development, or healthcare/home care marketing
- Must be comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Must be outgoing, energetic, organized, and goal-driven
- Ability to close deals, follow up consistently, and turn conversations into business opportunities
- Must be comfortable attending and hosting events
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel throughout the community
- Knowledge of home care, Medicaid waiver services, CHC, or healthcare referral processes is strongly preferred
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills required
