What You'll Be Doing
Support onsite sales teams with daily operations
Welcome prospective buyers visiting the community
Build rapport and identify customer housing needs
Gather visitor information and maintain follow-up records
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the homebuying experience
Assist with model home and sales office operations
Maintain a polished and professional customer experience
What It Takes to Succeed
Active California Real Estate License
Willingness to transfer license to the JWilliams Staffing brokerage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and customer-focused mindset
Reliable transportation
Team-oriented attitude
Desire to grow within the real estate and homebuilding industry
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout sales offices and model homes
Ability to tour communities and assist prospective buyers onsite
Ability to use computers and office equipment for extended periods
Ability to ascend and descend stairs as needed
