Position Summary: Assesses individuals for chronic mental health and behavioral treatment needs by securing information from clients, guardians, referral sources and historical records to accurately assess client’s needs.
Shift Schedule:
- 1 Position= Mon-Fri, 10am-7pm
- 1 Position= Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm
Location: Sacaton, AZ
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Substance Abuse Prevention.
- 2 years of experience working preferably in a behavioral health treatment environment.
- Current license with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as either LAC, LMSW, LASAC, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, LISAC, or Psychologist.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to diverse cultures and specifically the Gila River Indian Community and/or other Native American cultures and community health services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,697.00 - $87,753.00 per year
