Qualifications
- 2+ years of window and door replacement measure & service experience required
- General knowledge of construction
- Excellent and professional skills in both verbal and written communication, as well as proficiency with computers and standard business software programs are required to effectively work with customers
- Some heavy lifting may be required
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Receive and review contract details
- Order product through Provia marketplace
- Schedule and receive deliveries
- Conduct final measurements for windows and doors accurately.
- Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations and adapt production specifications to the installation requirements.
- Set expectations with the homeowner regarding schedule and work to be done.
- Connect with installation crews on specifics for the jobs, providing advanced notice of unique factors the crew will need to be aware of with the job.
- Order and allocate the correct amount of materials needed to complete projects.
- Problem-solve all project and customer issues with efficiency and integrity.
- Conduct job completion walk-through with homeowner(s) as needed, consisting of demonstrating window and door operation, and following up on all unsatisfactory or unfinished work.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
