As a key part of our front-of-house operations, you will provide exceptional customer service while educating guests on cannabis products and promotions, ensuring every transaction is completed accurately and in full compliance with DCC regulations and company policies. Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

Educate customers on cannabis products, promotions, and responsible use

Verify customer eligibility and ensure compliance with all DCC guidelines

Accurately operate the POS system and process cash and debit transactions

Upsell appropriately while maintaining company integrity and state compliance

Support front desk and receptionist duties as needed
