- Assist clients with product selection and provide expert advice on features and benefits.
- Support the sales team by managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-ups with potential clients.
- Utilize software tools to track sales activities and client interactions effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.
Experience
- Proficiency in using software applications related to sales tracking and customer relationship management.
- Strong understanding of retail math principles.
- Previous experience in outside sales is a plus but not mandatory.
