Part-Time Graphic Designer

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented part-time Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across every platform.
Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping and maintaining CGT Aesthetics' visual brand. This individual will design and produce marketing content across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on social media, email, and promotional materials that reflect our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design promotional materials including flyers, graphics, event invitations, and in-office signage
- Create and manage branded social media content (posts, stories, and reels) across Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Design marketing emails and newsletters
- Maintain visual consistency with our brand guidelines across all platforms and materials
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and content calendars
- Capture and edit photo and video content in-office for marketing use
- Assist with planning and promoting in-office events and community outreach initiatives
- Stay up to date on design trends, social media trends, and aesthetic industry marketing
Qualifications:
- Background in graphic design (degree, certificate, or equivalent professional experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design work required
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar
- Experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling
- Experience creating content for social media marketing
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects
- Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, or beauty industry is a plus
