Position Summary:
- Service, maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residentiallight commercial heating and air conditioning systems

Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing

Work in the utility programs the company participates in as well as work on the retrofit installations as needed

Excellent customer service
- Daily use of Service Titan our cloud-base CRM
Required Qualifications:

2+ years experience in residential HVAC service

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

EPA Universal Certification
- Nate Certifications or acquire once employed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints

Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques

Experience making repair and replace decisions

Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices

Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
-
High school diploma or its equivalent
- Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired
