Department Lead – Dickey Bub Farm & Home | Eureka, MO
Dickey Bub Farm & Home is hiring a Full-Time Department Lead at our Eureka, MO location. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their department, loves a well-merchandised floor, and genuinely enjoys helping customers find what they need.
As Department Lead, you own your area — from how it looks to how it's stocked — and you'll bring the product knowledge and initiative to keep it running at its best.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build genuine relationships on the floor
- Merchandise your department creatively within brand guidelines — attractive, shoppable displays are your signature
- Keep your department fully stocked, clean, faced, and organized at all times
- Execute price changes accurately and on schedule
- Support store operations as needed, including assisting other departments, training associates, and performing opening and closing procedures when required
What We're Looking For
- Strong working knowledge of your assigned department or product area
- Retail experience preferred — someone who understands merchandising, product placement, and customer retention
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A natural organizer who takes initiative without being asked
- Ability to work weekends — weekend availability is required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
