Job Summary
We are seeking a POSSIBLY bilingual, male, dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. Must have prior experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and implementing behavioral therapy techniques to support their development.

Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans as outlined by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to children
- Collect data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the development of care plans and treatment goals
- Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure consistency in implementing therapy techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Experience
- Prior experience working with children, preferably in special education or behavioral health settings
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Proficiency in data collection methods
- Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Understanding of medical records and documentation
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
