About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Epic Applications Analyst – OpTime to support the design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic OpTime/Anesthesia applications.
This is a great opportunity for an Epic-certified professional who enjoys working closely with clinical teams, improving workflows, troubleshooting application issues, and supporting technology that directly impacts patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, validate, maintain, and support Epic OpTime/Anesthesia workflows.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely support to end users.
- Work with clinical and business teams to understand workflow requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Support third-party integrations and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Perform application and device integration testing.
- Create test plans and document testing results.
- Provide end-user training and go-live support.
- Identify workflow optimization opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Manage assigned projects and system changes within established timelines.
- Maintain accurate application and workflow documentation.
- Create reports using applicable reporting tools.
- Participate in IT change management, downtime, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
- Travel between OR locations as needed to provide application support.
Required Qualifications
- Epic OpTime Certification – Required
- 3+ years of application-related experience
- Hands-on Epic OpTime experience
- Application testing experience
- Third-party integration experience
- Strong understanding of clinical or business workflows
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: $90,000.00 - $136,000.00 per year
