We are seeking motivated and licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agents to join our remote sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to provide tailored trucking insurance solutions.
- Use consultative sales techniques to connect with clients and explain our comprehensive coverage options.
- Follow up on leads, building lasting relationships with customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products.
- Work independently to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Valid P&C insurance license required.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record in insurance or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a remote setup.
- Comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
