Key Responsibilities
- Properly open and close the spa according to standard operating procedures
- Greet every client in a professional, warm, and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
- Assist clients with questions regarding spa services and products
- Accurately book, modify, and cancel appointments utilizing our computer system
- Process payments for services and retail products
- Actively promote spa retail products, memberships, and gift cards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas
- Assist with washing and folding linens used in treatment rooms
- Arrive prior to shift start time with adequate preparation for the day
- Maintain and expand knowledge through in-house education and training
- Assist with team support and daily operational flow
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Spa Management
Qualifications
- Spa experience required
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks independently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Punctual with a strong attendance history
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $19–$25 per hour, based on experience
