Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce our services and gather potential client information
- Make outbound calls using telemarketing techniques to follow up with prospects and schedule appointments
- Engage with diverse audiences in a professional, friendly manner to promote our offerings
- Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and explaining the benefits of our services
- Negotiate appointment times that suit both the client and the sales team’s schedule
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments set, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective canvassing strategies and improve outreach efforts
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising or leading teams is a plus, demonstrating leadership qualities in outreach efforts
- Strong background in marketing, sales, or customer service to effectively communicate value propositions
- Experience with door-to-door sales, telemarketing, or fundraising campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills—bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging diverse communities
- Skilled in negotiation and persuasion to secure appointments and foster positive relationships
- Ability to handle rejection professionally while maintaining enthusiasm and motivation
- Knowledge of canvassing techniques and customer engagement strategies to maximize outreach success
