Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive growth and expand our customer base in the Heavy truck market. Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to introduce our fleet solutions and generate new leads
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through personalized communication
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Present technical sales proposals clearly, emphasizing product benefits and addressing customer questions
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target markets and optimize outreach strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product features to stay ahead in the market
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, especially within the heavy truck and trailer market
- Strong understanding of CRM software like Salesforce; ability to manage customer data effectively
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to perform door-to-door outreach confidently and professionally
- Knowledge of marketing strategies that attract diverse customer segments

Pay: $60,872.83 - $125,000.00 per year
