Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Paralegal to support our firm with real estate closings, title work, and transactional matters. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn real estate law—whether you have prior experience or are starting your paralegal career.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review real estate documents, including purchase agreements, deeds, mortgages, title commitments, closing statements, and related forms
- Assist with residential and/or commercial real estate closings and post-closing tasks
- Conduct basic title searches and order title commitments, surveys, and related reports
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, realtors, and opposing counsel
- Maintain accurate files, track deadlines, and manage calendars for transactions
- Perform document review, organize closing packages, and ensure compliance with firm procedures
- Handle client intake, status updates, and general administrative support related to real estate matters
- Other duties as assigned to support the real estate practice
Qualifications
- associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or paralegal certificate required
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude
- Prior paralegal, legal assistant, real estate, title, or related experience is a plus but not required—we provide training
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
