Luxury Retail Sales Professionals play a key role in delivering a refined and personalized experience, guiding clients through meaningful purchases of fine jewelry, luxury timepieces, and accessories.
Associates work closely with clients to build lasting relationships, provide expert recommendations, and ensure each interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism, product knowledge, and service.
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service through consultative selling, relationship-building, and strong product knowledge. Associates contribute to all aspects of store operations, including sales transactions, merchandising, and maintaining a polished showroom environment, while consistently meeting performance expectations.

Knowledge or interest in fine jewelry and luxury timepieces

Comfortable with technology and POS systems
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
2–3 years of retail or luxury sales experience preferred
Industry certifications (GIA, AGS, JA) are a plus
