Our busy, West Des Moines office is looking to add a new member to our great team!
We provide patients with the absolute best in quality eye care. As a part of our team you will assist our optometrists during the exams, which requires you to use a variety of optical equipment. Respond to doctor requests during and after exams, providing follow up tasks such as scheduling referrals, correspondence with other medical offices. Instruct patients on the insertion, removal, cleaning, care and proper handling of their contact lenses. Selling patients their annual supply of contacts.. Maintain contact lens inventory and patient orders. Assist with contact lens dispensing for diagnostic and in-stock lenses. You greet each patient with a friendly and professional demeanor and convey the confidence, knowledge, and attention to detail that our patients have come to trust.
Requirements and qualifications should include:
-Detail oriented and able to multitask
-Caring and professional attitude to provide excellent customer service
-Works well within a team
