Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, incorporating curriculum development, literacy education, math, physical education, and library services.
- Implement assessment-driven instruction by conducting regular student assessments and analyzing performance data to inform educational interventions.
- Manage classroom activities to ensure a positive learning environment through effective classroom management and behavior management techniques.
- Engage with students individually and in groups to provide instruction that promotes overall well-being.
- Maintain compliance with educational regulations while fostering open communication with parents and guardians about student progress and developmental milestones.
Requirements
- Proven experience teaching young children within preschool or early childhood settings.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education practices, and behavior management strategies.
- Demonstrated abilityto use curriculum that incorporates literacy, math, physical education, library services, and instructional design.
- Familiarity with assessment tools for student performance data analysis and quantitative evaluation of progress.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and community partners.
- Knowledge of educational compliance standards and regulations relevant to early childhood programs.
- Ability to manage conflict constructively while maintaining a nurturing classroom environment.
- Passion for working with children, coupled with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to teaching challenges.
