POSITION OVERVIEW
Accepting positions in Fontana, Colton, San Bernardino, Moreno Valley, Yucaipa, and neighboring cities
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Client Support
- Deliver 1:1 or small-group ABA support in the center with a minimum of 85% session attendance per month, excluding approved time off.
- Implement assigned treatment programs with at least 80% procedural fidelity, as measured through supervisor observation and treatment integrity checklists.
- Maintain client safety at all times, with zero substantiated safety violations.
- Follow session structure as outlined in the treatment plan for at least 85% of observed sessions.
- Demonstrate appropriate prompting, reinforcement, and redirection strategies during 90% of supervisor-observed sessions by the end of the introductory period.
Training & Skill Development
- Participate in mandatory onboarding and in-house ABA training.
- Demonstrate increasing competency in data collection and session structure.
- Receive regular performance feedback and clinical coaching.
- Meet required competency benchmarks prior to eligibility for promotion.
Documentation
- Accurately collect session data with a minimum of 90% data accuracy, verified through documentation audits.
- Submit complete session notes for at least 90% of sessions within 24 hours of service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with company documentation standards, with no more than 2 documentation corrections per month after initial training period
Supervision & Training Compliance
- Participate in 100% of scheduled supervision and overlap sessions during the introductory period.
- Successfully complete all required onboarding modules within assigned timelines (typically within first 30 days).
- Demonstrate measurable improvement in competency evaluations across the first 60–90 days, as documented by the Supervisor.
- Accept and implement corrective feedback within one supervision cycle, as measured by follow-up observation.
Professional Standards
- Maintain professional communication with supervisors and team members, responding to internal communications within 24 business hours.
- Adhere to company attendance policy with no more than 1 unexcused absence during the introductory period.
- Maintain compliance with ethical standards and company policies, with zero substantiated conduct violations.
Promotion Eligibility Metrics
- Eligibility for promotion to Behavior Technician may be considered when the employee demonstrates:
- Minimum 60–90 days of satisfactory performance
- 90% or higher procedural fidelity
- 90% or higher documentation compliance
- Supervisor recommendation
- No active performance concerns
Promotion is performance-based and not guaranteed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Possession of, or ability to obtain an appropriate, valid Class “C” California Motor Vehicle Operator’s License.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or related experience (optional).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and their families.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track data and follow through on assigned tasks.

Schedule: Must be available between 3:00-6:00 PM

Incumbents of this position are required to commit to a set schedule for six-month upon hire.
Introductory Period:
You will undergo an introductory period of six (6) months from your start date. During this time, your performance, conduct, and overall suitability for the role will be evaluated.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Driving, standing, sitting, reading, and verbal communication. Employees may interact with upset clients and/or public and private representatives in interpreting and enforcing departmental policies and procedures.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
