As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of cleanliness,sales and customer satisfaction within our facility.

- Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility, ensuring all areas are well-kept
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer-focused environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Experience or knowledge in car wash operations is preferred.
- Ability to drive operational initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and motivate team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
