Overview
Are you a morning person who thrives on early shifts? We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented part-time Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during breakfast hours, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and assisting with food preparation and service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in food service, hospitality, and customer relations within a dynamic environment. Previous experience in restaurant, catering, or hotel settings is preferred but not required. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a focus on guest satisfaction are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their breakfast experience
- Replenish buffet items as needed and monitor food levels during service hours
- Perform setup and breakdown of breakfast service areas
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation of breakfast services
