Weekend availability is required (Saturday & Sunday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.)
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere
- Understand each client’s unique needs and recommend gowns that flatter their body type and personal style
- Curate complete looks—including accessories—to elevate every outfit
- Provide personalized styling advice and stay up-to-date on current fashion trends
- Share product details such as fabrics, care instructions, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain beautiful merchandise presentation and assist with restocking
- Build lasting relationships by remembering loyal clients’ preferences, sizes, and style
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Previous experience as a Retail Stylist or in a similar fashion-related role
- Sales experience in apparel or footwear is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills and a warm, engaging personality
- Confidence styling different body types, aesthetics, and occasions
- Strong awareness of current fashion trends, accessories, and makeup
- High school diploma required; additional education in Fashion or Merchandising is a plus
