What You’ll Do
- Lead and support your team with compassion, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Build and carry out strategic plans that align with our mission and goals.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Build relationships and negotiate contracts and partnerships that strengthen our services.
- Lead business development efforts to grow the organization’s impact.
- Identify and implement ways to improve processes and enhance care delivery.
- Manage key projects from start to finish to keep us on track and on time.
- Work closely with the Board of Directors to align on strategic priorities and governance.
- Create a positive, team-oriented culture that values growth, accountability, and communication.
What We’re Looking For
- A true people person with strong leadership and communication skills.
- A proven track record in a senior leadership role (Executive Director or similar).
- Solid experience in business development and forming successful partnerships.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and project management.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or related healthcare facilities.
- Deep understanding of assisted living regulations and memory care requirements.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration is preferred.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted South Carolina CRCFA license.
