Bathroom Remodel Technician / General Remodel Contractor (Hourly)
We are a new real estate company looking to purchase, renovate, and flip residential properties throughout Southern California. We are looking to build a long term team of reliable, skilled remodel professionals who are interested in consistent work on multiple projects throughout the year.
This position is paid hourly and is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and is experienced in bathroom renovations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Bathroom demolition and removal of existing fixtures
- Drywall installation, repair, and finishing
- Tile installation (floors, walls, showers, backsplashes)
- Vanity installation
- Toilet installation
- Interior painting and touch-up work
- Basic plumbing fixture replacements (faucets, shower heads, sinks, etc.)
- General construction and remodeling tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with bathroom remodels
- High quality tile installation skills are a must
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
- Own tools and reliable transportation preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards
