Our client is a well established National Capital Region contractor with a significant backlog of MILCON projects along the I-95 Corridor. They are searching for a Senior Project Manager to join their team capable of managing one of these projects. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project, from start-up through closeout. This involves overseeing contract activities on a particular jobsite, such as communication with the owner and architect, submittals, procurement, budgeting and schedule. It includes general work performance, budget, costs, schedule, risk management, insurances, and quality. To qualify for this position you will need an appropriate four year degree in engineering or building sciences, a minimum of 12 years of project experience in the National Capital Region, superior team building and communication skills, and currently hold (or be able to obtain) a TS security clearance.
