As a Verizon Account Associate, you’ll bring clarity to customers confused by the complexities of modern connectivity, positioning Verizon Fios as the simple, powerful solution. Our sales and account training will equip the Verizon Representative to manage account relationships with transparency, ensuring our customers understand the benefits of fiber-optic technology.
Responsibilities of the Verizon Account Associate
- Engage with our customers in person by presenting Fios as the most reliable fiber solution, translating technical speed and reliability into everyday benefits.
- Drive sales initiatives by identifying our customers who value seamless streaming, remote work, and family connectivity.
- Deliver account consultations that highlight Fios as the trusted choice for consistent performance and long‑term service satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Verizon Account Associates to refine sales strategies, ensuring every interaction strengthens trust and account loyalty.
- Guide customers through enrollment with clarity, simplifying account setup and reinforcing Fios’s reputation for smooth transitions.
- Participate in training sessions that sharpen communication skills, enabling confident discussions of sales opportunities and fiber solutions.
Qualifications of the Verizon Account Associate
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Interest in sales or account support is a plus; prior experience is not required.
- Enthusiasm for connecting our customers through Verizon Fios’s speed and reliability.
- Strong organizational discipline for managing sales records and follow‑ups.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
