Position Summary
Redcrest Home Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in patients' homes under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role focuses on helping patients improve mobility, regain independence, and achieve the highest level of function possible. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services according to the established plan of care
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the Physical Therapist and care team
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety measures, and equipment use
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Participate in case conferences, trainings, and on-call coverage as assigned
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the State of Indiana
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Home health, acute care, or rehabilitation experience preferred

Physical Requirements
- Daily travel to patient homes within the assigned territory
