Qualifications:
- High School, but an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's a plus
- Food Manufacturing Experience in FDA or USDA a plus
- Quality control: 1 or more years
The Quality Control Technician position will assure the following duties are completed. (May include but are not limited to the following)
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Formula and Label Control
- COA review and approval of incoming materials
- Daily handling of all PCQI verified documentation including filing and scanning.
- Production line inspection for quality attributes – net weights, seal integrity, label control, code date and metal detector verifications.
- Will conduct allergen changeover inspections on all water washes.
- Batch checks in X3.
- Write investigation reports for incidents that occur.
- Place product on hold as needed for quality or food safety deficiencies.
- Lab overflow testing if there is slow time including granulations, salts, etc.
- The employee will be required to follow and enforce GMP’s on the floor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50/hour starting, or more depending on skills, ability, experience and education.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday (6:00am - 4:00pm)
Some Saturdays (6:00am - 11:00am)
