Position Summary
The Superintendent is responsible for the successful field execution of custom home construction. Working in partnership with the Project Manager, this position leads day-to-day construction activities while ensuring every project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to ASH Developers' quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to execute and maintain project schedules.
- Lead daily field operations and coordinate all Trade Partners.
- Ensure every home is built in accordance with municipal building codes and ASH Developers' quality standards.
- Conduct daily quality inspections and proactively identify deficiencies before they become problems.
- Protect completed work and hold Trade Partners accountable for workmanship and jobsite care.
- Maintain safe, organized, and professional jobsites.
- Protect project profitability by minimizing waste, rework, and unnecessary costs.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate Buildertrend documentation, including daily logs, progress updates, and project records.
- Take ownership of issues, communicate them effectively, and see them through to resolution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential construction Superintendent experience (custom home experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building codes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple Trade Partners and maintain project schedules.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience using Buildertrend or similar construction management software preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
