Palm Springs Kia is seeking an experienced, driven Automotive General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and support continued growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and profitability goals

Drive new and used vehicle sales performance

Desk deals and assist in closing transactions

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and KPIs
-
Ensure high CSI scores and customer satisfaction

Oversee CRM usage and follow-up processes

Collaborate with finance, service, and dealership management

Ensure compliance with dealership, manufacturer, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
-
Previous experience as an Automotive General Sales Manage or Sales Leader

Strong leadership, coaching, and closing skills
-
In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and CRM systems

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license
