- Schedule Front Desk Staff.
- Knows all Front Desk duties and procedures.
- Ensure Front Desk Staff knows how to perform all procedures and duties.
- Schedule and conduct monthly Front Desk Staff meetings.
- Address any issues with Front Desk Staff.
- Assist Front Desk Staff when needed.
- Check rates of people checking in and checking out.
- Check for Group Masters that need to be checked in or out.
- Respond to any customer complaints.
- Ensure Front Desk and Back Office areas are clean.
- Check room blocks when needed.
- Inventory Back Office and order supplies when needed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Uniforms:
- Black pants, Black Shoes, and approved blouse or shirt
- ID Badge & Gaming License
- No jeans or t-shirt (must have the approved issued button up shirt)
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard; computer experienced preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form
- Ability to handle and count cash
- Customer service experience
Preference given to person with hotel experience
- Ability to complete a 90 day probationary period
- Ability to pass a mandatory drug screening
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two forms of ID, one of which must be a photo ID.
- Must pass a background investigation and be able to obtain a Sokaogon Gaming Commission Gaming License.
- Pass a Title 31 Compliance Review within 30 days of hire.
