Jackson & Sons is hiring a Demand Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to support our residential and commercial service operations in the Dudley, NC area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and excels at coordinating technicians, schedules, and service calls to keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Answer inbound service calls and assist customers with scheduling needs
- Dispatch service technicians efficiently based on skill set, location, and availability
- Coordinate daily service operations, including dispatching, debriefing, and job support
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process to ensure a positive experience
- Schedule residential service calls and commercial maintenance appointments
- Support maintenance scheduling and dispatching as needed
- Order non-stock parts for service and maintenance repairs
- Process manufacturer warranty parts with suppliers when applicable
- Coordinate equipment sales leads with the Sales Lead Coordinator
- Provide administrative and operational support to field technicians
- Monitor labor utilization and job efficiency on a per-call basis
- Accurately update customer, job, and service information in company systems
- Support department goals related to service revenue, maintenance agreement sales, lead generation, and customer retention
- Participate in after-hours, on-call, and Saturday rotation schedules as required
- Communicate department needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement with leadership
- Represent Jackson & Sons with professionalism, urgency, and a positive attitude
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or call center experience preferred
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home services, or a related industry is a plus
- Excellent phone, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer-based systems
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-volume periods
