What you will do… The following duties are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this position. - Routinely manage projects valued at $5M to $10M+
- Oversee and review the estimate developed by the estimating team
- Build on Project Engineer duties and responsibilities
- Proactively identify project opportunities while positively and professionally representing our company
- Confirm adherence to specifications and resolve conflicts
- Periodic performance evaluation of direct reports, quarterly updates, and proactive training identification
- Perform detailed audits of assigned projects and others
- Sequences critical path activities and demonstrates how changes impact progress and profit
- Identify equipment needs by creating forecasts and managing for responsible equipment utilization

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering Management, or related discipline; Experience may be considered in lieu of
4-6 years of related previous experience as a Project Engineer
Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, organization, and leadership skills
Broad understanding of the industry and ability to apply knowledge to project-specific work
Ability to analyze and interpret data to guide decision making Physical Demands
Physical Demands
Ability to stand or walk for long periods; use arms and hands to reach for, handle and manipulate objects; lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to see well and distinguish between back up alarms, voices and other normal sounds consistent with construction job sites. Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
