Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations throughout all stages of food preparation and service
- Assist with food setup, replenishing buffet stations, and managing food displays to ensure freshness and visual appeal
- Engage with guests courteously, providing excellent customer service and addressing any special dietary needs or requests
- Follow manual handling protocols when lifting or moving heavy items such as trays, boxes, or equipment
