As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team at https://willcoxelectrical.com/. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative process.

Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Office Management: Maintain office efficiency by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, and ensuring filing systems are maintained and up to date.
- Customer Communications: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department so strong customer service is crucial.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory of office supplies. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies
- Data Entry: Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets. Assist in generating reports and analyzing data as needed.
- Human Resources Support: Assist with HR functions such as maintaining employee records and coordinating employee events or meetings.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and laws.
- Support Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination between administrative, operational, and programmatic activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to meet requirements to become notary
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with database management and record-keeping preferred.
Experience:
- Office Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service experience required
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Current notary a plus
- Spanish speaking a plus

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
