A Victoria’s Secret & Co PINK Manager a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives. Specifically, the PINK Manager owns:
- Visual execution within their line of business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions
- Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience
- Category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports
- Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
- Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager
- Direct reports, as assigned, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates
- This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business.

- Executing the role of the Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling.
- Coaching & development of associates
- Executing Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution
- Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
- Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
- Additional duties, as assigned, including, but not limited to: floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing

Minimum Salary: $22.90
Maximum Salary: $29.71
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results
A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work
Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings
Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
