Position Summary
As a Room Attendant, you will help create an exceptional guest experience by ensuring hotel guestrooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our hotel partners.
Responsibilities
- Stock and organize the housekeeping cart before each shift.
- Clean assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, pillowcases, and make beds.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
- Dust furniture, lamps, televisions, picture frames, and other room furnishings.
- Polish mirrors, glass, and countertops.
- Vacuum floors and empty trash receptacles.
- Restock guest amenities, including toiletries, coffee, water, towels, and supplies.
- Properly store housekeeping equipment, keys, and supplies at the end of each shift.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor.
- Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Help ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
